- Ire-Tex Hightech Park Two (ITHP2): Covering a total of 202 acres adjacent to Kulim High-Tech Park, ITHP2 is dedicated to electronic and semiconductor assembly and warehousing. The park encourages end-to-end supply chain deployment, fostering an ecosystem where businesses can grow sustainably.
Our Heritage
Founded in 1994 by visionary entrepreneurs from Ireland and Texas, Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad has built a proud legacy of delivering innovative packaging solutions and industrial services across Malaysia.
In 2024, following a strategic restructuring and rebranding exercise, our new investors completed a successful debt restructuring and management buyout, endorsed through an EGM of then Iqzan Holdings Berhad. Today, the company is wholly owned by Ire-Tex Project Partners Sdn Bhd, entering a new era focused on sustainable industrial park development.
The restructuring has not only consolidated advances and obligations but also strengthened the balance sheet, enabling us to specialise exclusively in industrial asset development and management. This strong foundation paves the way for ambitious projects, including the upcoming 52-acre phase of the 202-acre Ire-Tex Hitechpark Two master plan.
